Our Premier 360 Booth service offers a top-tier photo booth experience with enhanced features for customized photography. Ideal for any special occasion, the booth provides a seamless blend of elegance and modern technology. The Premier Experience includes: - Setup & operation of 360 photo booth - On-site technician - Props - Interactive Lights - Black Stanchions - Digital sharing options - 15ft Red Carpet - 8' x 11' Inflatable Backdrop


Cancellation Policy

1.SERVICES PROVIDED The Service Provider agrees to provide a 360 photo booth experience, including: - Setup and operation of 360 photo booth - On-site technician - Props and backdrops (if applicable) - Digital sharing options - Custom branded overlays or templates (if included) - Delivery of digital files post-event 2.FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS - Total Fee: $163/2hr - Deposit: $163 due upon signing - Final Payment: $163 due no later than [3] days before the event - Overtime Charges: $125 per hour beyond agreed time Payment methods accepted: [Cash, Credit/Debit, ACH] The deposit is non-refundable except in circumstances outlined in Section 8. 3.CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide a space of at least 12'x12' with access to one standard power outlet - Ensure clear access to venue for load-in/load-out - Designate an event point-of-contact - Ensure guest conduct is respectful and non-disruptive 4.MEDIA RIGHTS AND USAGE Client will receive non-commercial rights to photos and videos. The Service Provider retains the right to use media for marketing, social media, website, or promotional purposes unless the Client provides written notice opting out. 5.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Service Provider is not liable for: - Interruptions due to power outages, internet issues, or guest interference - Acts of God or unforeseen emergencies - Damages to equipment caused by event guests Client agrees to cover repair or replacement costs for intentional or negligent damage by guests. 6.RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION - Rescheduling is permitted with at least [3] days' notice and is subject to availability. - Cancellations less than [3] days before the event will forfeit the deposit. - If cancellation is due to a natural force event (natural disaster, public health order), the deposit may be credited toward a future event. 7.SERVICE GUARANTEE In the event of technical issues, the Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to resolve them or offer alternative solutions. If the Service cannot be delivered, a refund will be issued for the portion not rendered. 8.DELIVERABLES - Delivery Method: Online Gallery, Email, SMS - Format: MP4, JPG, or other standard digital formats - Turnaround Time: Within 5 business days after the event 9.TERMINATION Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Refunds will be handled in accordance with Section 7. 10.GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, County of St. Louis
